Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum data needed to sell you tickets and get you in the door, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone and purchase history; attendee details organizers ask for; and scan records when you enter an event.
How it's used
To issue and deliver tickets, prevent fraud, process refunds, and — if you opt in — tell you about events you might like.
Sharing
Organizers receive the attendee details for their own events. Payment providers receive what they need to process payments. We never sell your data.
QR codes
Your QR code contains no personal information — only a random token that our servers recognise.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data by emailing privacy@eventally.ng.
