Refund Policy
Each organizer sets a refund policy, shown on the event page before you buy.
Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled, you receive a full refund of the ticket price to your original payment method.
Organizer policies
No refunds · Up to 7 days before · Up to 24 hours before · Flexible (any time before doors open).
Service fees
Service fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Timing
Refunds are sent within 2 working days of approval. Banks usually take 3–10 working days to show them.
