Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Eventally. By creating an account or buying a ticket you agree to them.
Who sells the ticket
Organizers sell tickets to their events through Eventally. The organizer is responsible for the event itself; Eventally provides the platform, payment processing and ticket delivery.
Your tickets
A ticket is a revocable licence to attend one event. Each QR code admits once. Reselling outside Eventally, copying or sharing QR codes may result in the ticket being cancelled without refund.
Payments and fees
Prices are shown in Naira unless stated otherwise. The service fee is shown before you pay and is non-refundable except where an event is cancelled.
Organizer obligations
Organizers must provide accurate event information, honour their refund policy, and complete identity and bank verification before receiving payouts.
Acceptable use
Don't use Eventally for fraud, to sell counterfeit tickets, or to circumvent our payment system.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Eventally is not liable for the conduct of events or organizers.
